Was Apple Interactive Music Toolkit something used in very old Classic OSs or in Newton?

I found some software from internal for Newton.. nice! So I really can't wait to get my hands on the 2100, and use that with OS X. :-) Developer stuff for Newtons! (Added to the excitement that I got paid.)

If anyone else has a Newton lying around, and wants to use it with their Mac (not in 9.x or 8.x or earlier but 10.x) ... there are ways. Some places that are worth looking would be Newton Archives, (games), Newton Connectivity for OS X, someone actually using the Newton with his OS X, Why a new Newton (for X) would be needed, Random Newton files,

And the best resource of them all.. United Network of Newton Archives. At UNNA you will basically find most software related items that are out there for public... :)
